Art is and will always be the favored medium for the dissemination of ideas that favors no class, no group, no political party, yet is transformational in its message. Public Art, already popular in various world metros and fast catching the imagination of people and has started growing its roots in Bihar through various art movements and campaigns happened in last few years. The idea of this guide is to address those who visit the city in search of it's vivid art heritage.
